Cancellation of Reservations
Cancellation of reservation 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
Cancellation of reservation made 48 hours before arrival will be charged 50% of the total amount of the reservation.
Cancellation on the day of arrival will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must send an email to info@montemorena.com and wait for accommodation response
No-show and early departure
The non-appearance in the accommodation on the day of arrival, implies payment of the total amount of the stay.
Early departure of the accommodation requires full payment of the stay.
Children policy
All children are welcome at Monte da Morena.
Children under 4 years stay free of charge in a baby cot or extra bed.
All children under 15 years are charged 20€/25€ per night for extra beds.
Extra beds
Baby cots and extra beds must be requested at time of booking. These are subject to Monte da Morena availability.
Extra beds are only allowed in the Superior Double Room types in the Apartment.
Pets
Pets are allowed upon reservation and at no associated cost.
It has 5 boxes for dogs being, however, allowed to stay together with the owners.
Pets rules at Monte da Morena:
In common areas, the use of a leash is mandatory,
It is forbidden to enter the pool
The responsibility for their presence in the common areas and in the accommodation is the responsibility of their owners.

The purchase of extras in the property is not included in the total amount of the reservation, these values must be paid separately during the stay.
